Professor Lorne Neudorf’s review of Ran Hirschl’s Comparative Matters: The Renaissance of Comparative Constitutional Law (Oxford University Press) has been published in the November issue of the Cambridge Law Journal. The review looks at Hirschl’s description of the current state of scholarly activity and approaches in comparative constitutional law and his call for a more interdisciplinary approach termed ‘comparative constitutional studies’.
