Professor Katie Sykes Presents at Canadian Council on International Law Conference

Prof. Katie Sykes presented on “The Fall, Rise and Fall Again of the Northern Fur Seal” at the Canadian Council on International Law Annual Conference, the pre-eminent Canadian conference on international law, on November 7, 2015.  The presentation was part of a panel on “Subsidiarity in the Context of 21^st Century Living Marine Resource Conservation and Management.”
